We want you to be super happy with everything you purchase from our Boutique. Most returns are due to fit issues. Please consult our sizing guides before ordering, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to help! An email now could save you lots of hassle Later! We have a 7 day return policy. On All Clothing merchandise. Clothing may be returned within 7 days from the date that the item was delivered for a Store credit, Refund(minus shipping and taxes) or make an Exchange. 14 days for international customers. Customers have 7 business days from the date they received their shipment to request an RA# once we receive your items we will send out your exchange item. Returns received past 7 days of the date you received your order will be rejected and sent back to you. Your card will be charged for the shipping fee back to you. All tags need to be attached on items for us to accept the package. We will not accept return items if the tags are altered in any way. Returns must include the order Receipt. You can choose to request a store credit (minus shipping and taxes), Refund or exchange. All exchanges will be granted store credit in the amount of the items, shipping is not refunded.Simply jot a note on your invoice directing us what you are requesting and include it in you return. You will receive an email with your RA# for returns or store credit certificate number.Clearance merchandise may not be exchange or returned. Damaged Returns: We check our return merchandise carefully. We can not accept returns if items are Soiled, Worn and tags removed. Damaged after worn or laundered. Garments that have any deodorant stains or odors such as (smoke, makeup or perfume). will be sent back to you at your own expense. Upon inspection and approval, we will issue a Store Credit. Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our descretion. All Items that can not be returned: All Clearance and Sale Items. All Lingerie: Panties, Corsets, Stockings, Lingerie Sets, Petticoats ETC... All Shoes (any item that belongs on your feet) All Jewelry:Earrings/Necklaces/ Rings/Bracelets. All Accessories: Purses/Backpacks/Wallets/Totes/Belt/All Hair Items/ All Jewelry and Lingerie sales are Final. No returns, exchanges or store credit on these items. Shoes: All exchanges will be charged a 20% Restocking fee. We do not accept exchanges on shoes or boots that have been scuffed. Please be extremely careful trying on all shoes. We recommend trying them on on carpet, for a very limited time, and inspecting them for marks before attempting to send them back.
